About Karyn...

Karyn is a lifestyle child, family, and newborn photographer who has worked with hundreds of families in South Florida, Panama (the country!), and Texas for almost 14 years now!  She is married to the love of her life and mother to 3 amazing children (14, 12, and 9). 

 

She loves cooking,  baking, a good cup of coffee with her best friend, and watching a good chick-flick while eating a slice of chocolate chip pie!  Her Mini Australian Shepherd Rosie is her constant snuggle-buddy and rarely leaves her side when she is at home!  Karyn loves traveling and learning about new cultures. She is an enthusiastic advocate for empowering women out of human trafficking and extreme poverty through her other passion, her side business with Trades of Hope.  www.mytradesofhope.com/karyncarbone. 

 

Her passion for photography came from her own maternity session with her son 14 years ago.  A dear friend captured her first belly bump and she fell head over heels with the idea of documenting sacred moments for families.  She began with maternity portraits, and that naturally flowed into photographing newborns and families.  Her greatest joy is telling stories with her camera and pulling out genuine emotion from her clients.  A typical session with Karyn involves lots of giggles, snuggles, and play in front of the camera.  Her goal is to create a comfortable space for her clients to relax into the session and soak each other in.  Karyn strives to showcase the love between her clients as an almost tangible thing!
